**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF BURNHAM WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(A) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND(B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Our Village Hall is for the use of anyone who needs a space for recreational purposes. We are in a small, rural community with population who have diverse needs.  The Hall is used by older members of the community, young people, various groups and a place for anyone needing to hire a space foe meetings. It is the only public building in our small rural parish.
