by volunteers, and none of Clothing Coventry's
projects would be possible at the moment

and we want to build on that in future years.

for the year ended 31 December 2023 which are set out on pages 6 to 9.

Re5ponsibililies and basis ot- report
As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the réqulrèmèhts of the Charltles Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 14S of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the Directlons given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attenlion in
connectlon with the Èxamlnatlon Eiving frtè tauge to believe that in any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charitles Act; or
the accounts do not accord with those records; or
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements regarding the form and
contentof accounts setout in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2CK)8 other than any
requirementthat the accounts give a 'fair and true, view which is not a matter considered as part of
this independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
