**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING REFURBISHED LAPTOPS TO CHILDREN IN NEED SO THEY CAN ACCESS EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND ONLINE CLASSES TO ENABLE THEM TO STUDY FROM HOME.

**Activities:** Every Child Online collects surplus PCs, laptops, tablets and computer accessories from the public and businesses, we refurbish them and give them to schools and kids without access to online learning. Our goal is to ensure our schools have computers fit for purpose, underprivileged children have computers to distance learning from home and to close the digital divide in our communities.
