We provide 3 hours a week of athletics training to young and old who have a disability.

We provide, organise and accompany all athletes to athletic competitions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

We have attended over 30 competitions, some of them lasting a whole weekend.

**Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)**

We have engaged in fundraising at local galas and encouraged the athletes to actively take part. This has been a good way of promoting the club but also, showing positively what can be achieved even with a disability.
