**mental health and how to handle stress, peer-support**
**networks, mental health first-aid training and other such**
**support and advice.**
**To support the organisation of recreational activities**
**for university students, with the object of improving**
**mental health knowledge and the wellbeing of the**
**persons for whom the activities are primarily intended**
**by encouraging students to take part in social and**
**educational events and volunteering.**

**organisation by providing support and assistance and**
**organising programmes of mental health awareness**
