**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ACROSS PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE UK THROUGH ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, OR DIRECTLY PROVIDING, INFORMATION AND EDUCATION SESSIONS ON MENTAL HEALTH AND HOW TO HANDLE STRESS, PEER-SUPPORT NETWORKS, MENTAL HEALTH FIRST-AID TRAINING AND OTHER SUCH SUPPORT AND ADVICE.

**Activities:** Headucate is a national CIO with the charitable purpose of supporting mental health awareness university student-led societies and carrying out their goals. This includes helping these societies provide mental health awareness outreach workshops in schools.
