**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:OPERATING WITHIN THE CHRISTIAN ETHOS TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 8 TO 19 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN SOUTHWATER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** Operating within the Christian ethos SYP is a professional, embedded, open access youth project in Southwater & surrounding area  providing & signposting young people to a range of affordable & accessible educational, social, community & leisure based activities & opportunities to help their physical, mental, emotional & spiritual development as individuals & as contributing members of society.
