OBJECTS:
The primary aims of the Church are..
A. To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs appearing in the schedule hereto
in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit.
B. To relieve persons, particularly (though not exclusively) children and young people who are in conditions of
need or hardship sick to relieve the distress caused thereby in such parts of the world as the trustees may
from time to time think fit.
C. To advance education in accordance with Christian principles in such parts of the world as the world as the
trustees may from time to time think fit.
D. To promote and fulflll such other charltable purposes beneficlal to the community in such parts of the
world as the trustees may from time to time think fit.
E. To promote foundational Bible studies and support small cell group in their spiritual growth.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The church holds Sunday services which are open to members of the Church and members of the public. The
primary objective of the church is not specifically grant-making. The churth recognizes the significant
contribution made by volunteers in pursuin8 Its objectives.
ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Achievements and Perfomiance (April 2024- March 20251
During this period, the Church consolidated its social and operational outreach..
Ongoing Support: Fortnightly in-person meetings ITuesdays and Saturdays) providing food support
Ihot drinks, soups, and sandwiches) for people experiencing homeles5ne5S.
Hollstlc Asslstan¢e: Support for vulnerable adults and young people through food provision.
Family Impart: Support for families in crisis, including emotional support. The success of the
counselling programme enabled the effective rehousing of assisted families.
Institutional Strengthenlng: Continued membership of Churches Together and expansion of activities
into new countries.

The vision for the next cycle focuses on logistical and spiritual expansion..
Expansion of Food Aid.. Implementation of weekly distribution of individual care packages (dry food
and hygiene items) for vulnerable households.
Volunteer Recrultment: Appolntment of new volunteers to sustaln the unlnterrupted growth of
5UPPOrt for people experiencing homelessnes5.
Youth Focus IPYPAI.. Strengthening the youth association through Alpha study groups and emotionally
focused support aimed at addirtion prevention and recovery.
Spiritual Nourishment.. Delivery of fortnightly Bible studies and themed articles specifically targeted at
vulnerable communitie5.
Digital and Local Presence.. A weekly outreach strategy through media and conferences to attract
youn8 people and new members.
FINANCIAL REVIEW

The Church's financial position reflects cautious stability..
Income Sources: Predominantly reliant on individual donations.
Liquidity: The Church operates with direct access to available resources and currently holds no surplus
funds for long-term investment.
Cost Management: The Trustees maintsin a strictly controlled budget. Financial balance has been
sustained by encouraging increased member contributions, ensuring that expenditure does not
exceed income.
TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
Charity law requires us as Trustees to prepare financial statements for each accounting year which record the
receipts and payments of the charity for the year. We are responsible for keeping proper accounting records
which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable us to
ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. We also have a responsibility to
safeguard the assets of the charity and to take reasonable steps to prevent fraud or any other irregularities.

31 March 2023 on page 5 and 6.
Responsibilities and basis of the Report
The trustees of the church are responsible for the preparatlon of accounts In accordance wlth the
requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Art'l.
Basls of Independent examlner's report
I report in respect of my examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioner5 under section 1451Sllbl of the Act. An examination includes a review of the actounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those record5.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the view 8iven by the accounts.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
l. accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Act,. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters
in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a
