OBJEcfivES AND AcfiviTIES
The church hold$ Sunday servi¢es which are open to members of the Church and members of the publlc. The
Primary objectlve of the church Is not speclfically grant-maklng. The church reco8nize5 the $18nlflcant
¢ontrlbutlon made by volunteers In pursuln8 Sts objectlves.
ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
We wntlnued to gather together onllne Mondays, Tuesdays and Frldays. We also have blble gtudy ev8ry
w•ek.
We contlnued assisted famllies, vlslt hospltals, evan8ellsm on the street.
We started wlth 7 famSlles and we 8row to 30 familles.

The Church contlnue5 to be more actlve In the community.
The Church wlll alm to provlde more food packets and provlslons such a5, noodles, vegetables, rlce, tea, sugar,
pasta and immedlate toiletrles are packed individually and supplied to vulnerable homes on a regular monthlv
basis in the community.

The Church Is contlnuing to meet Its challenge and reach out more and Identify the needs In the soclety where
appropriate. Due to the the Church Is almlng to nomlnate more volunteers to support without any disruption.
There are plan5 to Implement regular Bible study every fortnlght to support people who are distressed and
vulnerable.
The Church15 Striving to alm through medla and arrange local conferences to reach Youth and the Vulnerable
in all diverse community. We already have a youth group in church and we are preparin8 them to 80 to
evangellse the other youths In our communlty.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The majorlty of the Church's Income comes from donatlons from Indlvlduals who support Its alms,
The Church does not currently have surplus fund5 to Invest on a very long-term basls and requlres access to Its
money. For the flnanclal year endln8 31 March 2023, the Trustees contlnue to Use a manageable bud8et and
encouraged the membership to Increase glvlng to ensure the funds 'break even, by the end of the flnanclal
year 2023,
TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
Charity law requlres us as Trustees to prepare flnanclal statements for each accountln8 year whlch record the
recelpts and payments of the charlty for the yeaf. We are responsible for keeplnB proper accountlng records
whlch dlsclose wlth reasonable accuracy at any tlme the flnanclal posltlon of the ¢harlty and enable us to
ensure that the financlal statements comply wlth the Charltles Art 2011. We also have a responslbS15ty to
safeguard the as5et5 of the charity and to take reasonable steps to prevent fraud or any other Irregularlties.
