of £28,559.

24 & 24a ￿atmatt Road pro￿rtieS.
Shirley DunsmoTe*Rouse granted a 999 year lease on 24 Whatman Road Property lo the Pintail Tru81 on
5th April 2024. This ¢onsliluled 8 transfer of value of £410,000 to the charflable Iwst. and the ￿ntaI incomg
arising from this date will be reflecied as income for th& charity.
Shidey Dunsmore-Rousè granted a 999 year lea8e on 243 Whatman Road propety lo the Pintail Twsl on
6th April 2024. This Con￿lluted a transfer ol value of £410,000 to the Charitable trust, and the rental income
arising frorn this date will be reflected as income for the charty.

Accounting policles
2.1 All incoming resources are included in the 51atemenl of financial actwilies when Ihtt charity is 8ntitled to
the In¢om¢ and the amount can be quantffied with reasonable accuracy.
2.2 Donatior￿ are onty included In th& SOFA when the charity has unconditional èntillemenl to the
resources.
2.3 Liabilities are recognised as soon a$ there is a legal or constructive obligation commffting the ch8Tity to
pay out resources.
2.4 Charttable expenditure comprises those costs incurred by the Charity in the delivery of (ts 8ctivities and
sèmces for its beneftciaries. It includes both costs that can be allocated direclty lo such aetiwties and
those costs of an indirect nature necessary to support them.
2.5 Goveman¢e costs Telate to the costs of the PTepaTalion and examination of statutory accounts, the
costs of trustees meetings and ¢ost of any legal advice to trustees on governance or Constitutional
matters.
2.6 General fvnds are unrestricted fund5 which are available for use al the discretion of the trustee3 in
furtheran¢e of the general objectives of the charity and which have not been designated for other
purposes.
