This, along wth a £10k grant from the county council, Building Back Better fund, enabled the charity to end the year wth a strong cash reseNe of£23k. Funds continue to be spent on building the charity brand, carying out pre-planning surveys and fvnding the land oplion. During this initial development phase, it is not considered necessary to hold reserves.
