## **Accountants' report to the trusteess of Mahmoodia Foundation**
You consider that the Charity is exempt from an audit for the period ended 31 March 2023. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Charities Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity at the end of the financial period and of its profit or loss for the financial period.
In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account and the Balance Sheet from the accounting records of the charity and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us.
We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.

The charity is registerd to charity commission L16 in England. Its registered office is 1448B London Road, London, SW16 4BU.
The trusteess are satisfied that the charity is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Charities Act 2006.
The members have not required the charity to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Charities Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Charities Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to charities subject to the small charities regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Charity commission.

1.Objectives and Activities
Mahmoodia Foundation is committed to advancing the religion of Islam through Islamic
education and worship facilities, aligned with the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.
This includes providing a supplementary school for general education and alleviating
financial hardship through grants, provision of essentials, and disaster relief efforts.
The charity conducted educational programs, religious events, and skills training
sessions. These initiatives focused on fostering knowledge, personal development.
spiritual growlh, and building essential life skills. Food hampers were distributed lo
those in need, showing proactive efforts to support those experiencing food insecurity.
All Iruslees confirm adherence to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit,
ensuring the organization's objectives are achieved transparently and serve the broader
public.
2. Achlevements and Performance
The foundation successfully organized educational and religious programs,
strengthening community ties, and providing skill-building opportunities, supporting
beneficiaries effectively and inclusively.
3. Financial Review
At the end of this period, Mahmoodia Foundation reported a cash reserve of 49054
GBP, generated through Page 1 Trustees, Public Annual Report Mahmoodia
Foundation Period.. 14 December 2021 to 31 March 2023 Charity Registration Number:
1197135 successful fundraising efforts lotaling 51665 G8P. Due to the predictable
nature of outgoings during this phase, the organization currently holds no additional
reserves. This policy will be periodically reviewed to align with organizalional growth.
4. Structure, Governance, and Management
The Mahmoodia Foundation is govemed by a model Constitulion and operales as a
Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO). Trustees are appointed based on their
