Over recent months, the newly appointed trustees have invested time in understanding the charity’s purpose, governance, and operational foundations, while working closely with existing members to determine the most effective way forward. While they still continue to do that below are the current initial sketch of the vision. - **The Mandir remains the key focus.** **• In the short to medium term, and subject to financial viability, a leased premises is being** . **considered, with the long-term goal of establishing a permanent Mandir • Determine a financially sustainable model and donor base who are willing to champion the Sanatan cause.** _**These three pillars will need to be carved out in practical and realistic terms with the help of working committee, other supportive community groups and Hindu community at large.**_ 12 ## 3.2 Mandir O ortunit - Current pp y We expect the property to be auctioned for £600K and we need your help / support to make this reality. Every event will be with a singular aim - to help us get an inch closer to our common dream - Mandir - Work in collaboration with other community groups and community at large. We are in it together. - All events will be led and driven by the respective working committee members who will be the face and energy of the respective event.
