The Trustees present their report and the financial statements of the charity for the period ended 31 December 2023.

The Trustees report that this charity registration number 1197108 is not currently operational.

It has been set up in expectation that our current charity governance arrangements will be transferred over to a CIO structure in the coming year. The operational registration number is 1040881.

All funds and assets will be transferred over from this charity to the new CIO in the near future.

Therefore, there are no assets, income or expenditure relating to this charity number at the present time.

The new structure will keep the same name of Community Church Sheppey and will continue to be committed to “advancing the Christian religion by declaring Christ and promoting Christian commitment and discipleship.”
