**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE AND ASSIST THOSE WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DUE TO A BEREAVEMENT OF A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND INCLUDING STILLBIRTHS, MISCARRIAGES AND SUDDEN DEATHS, THROUGH THE PROVISIONS OF FUNDRAISING AND GRANT APPLICATIONS TO HELP COVER UPFRONT FUNERAL COSTS IN ORDER FOR PREPARATIONS TO BE MADE FOR THEIR LOVED ONE, THE COSTS WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE FUNERAL DIRECTORS WHO WILL OR HAVE MADE THOSE PREPARATIONS. WE ARE BASED IN ACCRINGTON, LANCASHIRE AND ARE LIMITED TO THE HYNDBURN BOROUGH.

**Activities:** We award small grants towards funeral costs for those who struggle financially when having lost a loved one. Our aim is to assist those who choose a basic funeral plan for their loved one to be able to see them one last time as this is currently not an option but an additional cost. Our services are not limited to small grants towards funeral costs as we also offer advice and guidance.
