**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:• TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF BOTLEY AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH SERVICES BECAUSE OF AGE, SICKNESS, DISABILITY (MENTAL OR PHYSICAL) OR POVERTY OR BECAUSE OF A LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF ADEQUATE AND SAFE PUBLIC SERVICES.• TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND LIVING IN BOTLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITY SESSIONS, COMMUNITY GROUPS AND A CONNECTED BEFRIENDING SERVICE.FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, YOUTH OR OLD AGE; AND ILL-HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL).

**Activities:** Provide a community transport service and promote social inclusion for the inhabitants of Botley and its neighbourhood who are in need of such services because of age, sickness, disability (mental or physical) or poverty or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public services.
