During the 2024 financial year, the trustees decided that the charity would be more appropriately struclured as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and the special resolution lo carry out this conversion was passed on 23 January 2023. The conversion to CIO status was confim8d by the Charity Commission on 27 February 2023. The charity is a small organisation led by a Board of four trustees, all of whom are volunteers. Summary oflhe purposes of the charily as set out in its governing document Para 1.17 The objects of the charity are: lo advance the awareness and Importan￿ of life saving CPR and defibrillalion on the Isle of Wight, by developing effective relationships between schools, clubs and businesses.
