Calls were held and<br>emails exchanged with the organisations we<br>subsequently gave to, Raise and SCL.<br>Raise operates a matching scheme for<br>student donors to the Against Malaria<br>Foundation. Donations to Raise from<br>students are equally matched by donors (or<br>sometimes doubled), offering the students<br>the opportunity to know their giving is going<br>even further.<br>SCL researches protest strategy, seeking to<br>determine the ultimate effectiveness of<br>campaigns depending on tactics<br>implemented by participants. It seeks to<br>transmit these findings to relevant groups on<br>various issues (eg climate).<br>Operations at the CIO continued to be held<br>up by the difficulty in opening a bank<br>account. However, as of May-24,<br>subsequent to period end, a bank account<br>was opened with CAF.|

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 31 March 2024 

As the charity’s trustees of the Charity, you are responsible for the preparation of 


the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charity Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of your charity’s accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (“the 2011 Act”).  In carrying out my examination, I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act. 


- I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that: 

   - Accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

   - The accounts do not accord with the accounting records
