FOREVER AND EVER REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDING 1 JULY 2022
The Trustees present their annual report and accounts for the year ending 1 July 2022.
Principal activity
The principal activity of the charity has been to provide information, counselling, teaching, and promoting Christian relationships, marriages, and family life.
Governance
FOREVER AND EVER is governed by CIO – Foundation registered on 08 December 2021. All the Trustees were appointed on 21 May 2021.
Achievements and Performance
During this period, the Charity commenced the recording of Forever and Ever show – Marriage documentary.
Financial Position
A positive financial position and there are no creditors. The sum of £2,050 was raised and £900 spent as a deposit on the production the Forever and Ever show – Marriage documentary. The income and expenditure are less than £25,000. Therefore, an Independent Examiner is not required to verify the accounts.
Plans for Future Periods
The Charity plans to launch a book – Forever and Ever, a compilation of interviews from session one of Forever and Ever Show broadcast on Facebook and YouTube. There will also be the screen of the Forever and Ever show – Marriage documentary on Amazon Prime and Facebook.
Events After the Year-End
There have been no events after the year-end which will impact the accounts.
Statement of Trustees' responsibilities
The Charities Act 2011 requires the Trustees to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity.
The Trustee body is responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable it to ensure that the accounts comply with the relevant legislation. It is also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities, by establishing and maintaining a satisfactory system of control over the accounting records, cash holdings and all the charity's receipts and remittances.
