**Objects:** TO RELIEVE, AND ASSIST, BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS, WHO LIVE WITH A CONDITION RESULTING IN INTRAVENOUS OR ARTIFICIAL NUTRITION THERAPY OR WHO ARE RECEIVING TREATMENT VIA A CENTRAL LINE, AND TO RELIEVE THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, UNDERSTANDING AND INFORMATION REGARDING LIVING WITH CHRONIC AND COMPLEX CONDITIONS.TO RELIEVE CHILDREN LIVING WITH CHRONIC, CRITICAL OR TERMINAL ILLNESSES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TEDDY BEAR COMPANIONSHIP IN ORDER TO PROMOTE EMOTIONAL COMFORT, WELL-BEING AND REDUCE ANXIETY.

**Activities:** Provide support for patients, and their families/ carers, who use artificial nutrition or have a central line. This is through the provision of specialised resources and equipment, a mental health support helpline and regular activity events and meetings, across the UK.
