## Formation and Principal Activities 

Help Humanity Trust is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), governed by its Constitution and registered with the Charity Commission under number 1196949. The principal objective remains the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantage in Birmingham, England, and Islamabad, Pakistan. 

## Review of Activities 

During the financial year ending 25 May 2025, the Charity did not undertake any financial transactions or activities. All income and expenditure have been recorded as nil, and there were no changes in assets or liabilities. 

## Trustees’ Responsibilities 

The Trustees are responsible for the maintenance of proper accounting records, the safeguarding of charitable assets, and the submission of annual returns in accordance with the Charities Act 2011.
