“TO PROMOTE AMATEUR SPORT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY HELPING CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, 19 YEARS AND YOUNGER, GAIN ACCESS AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY AMERICAN FOOTBALL.” 

During the period covered by this report, the charity remained **dormant** and undertook no activities. No funds were received or spent, and no charitable work was carried out. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The charity was dormant throughout the financial year. No activities, fundraising, or charitable projects took place during this period. 



## **Financial Review** 

The charity had **no income or expenditure** during the year. The charity's bank balance remains unchanged, and no assets or liabilities were held. 

## **Reserves Policy** 

As the charity is dormant, no reserves are currently held or required. 

## **Plans for the Future** 

The trustees are reviewing the future strategy of the charity and will determine whether to reactivate charitable operations or continue the dormant status in the next financial year.
