All 7 of these<br>were in South Wales. 3 were macrame<br>workshops, 1 for a university for their staff<br>as part of their wellbeing week, 1 was for a<br>community craft group, and 1 was as part<br>of a community fun day run by a<br>community café in Cathays. The other 4<br>were run as seasonal craft workshops and<br>taught a variety of crafts and creative<br>mediums to attendees to then be able to<br>use for positive wellbeing in their daily<br>lives. They were open to anyone to attend<br>and provided all the materials free of<br>charge.<br>The project also sent out 85 Cariad<br>Blanket Boxes (care packages) in this<br>period across the UK, providing<br>signposting to support for mothers,<br>blankets and hats for babies and notes of<br>encouragement for wellbeingof mothers.|
