## **Report of the Trustees** 

Utrujj Foundation has been a registered charity for over 20 years, operating as a trust. During 2021, upon consulting with a specialist in the charity field, the trustees decided to set up a new charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) structure for Utrujj Foundation. 

For this fourth financial year, there was no activity or trading under this new CIO. All trading and activities have continued under the prior Utrujj Foundation.
