PROVIDING A PLATFORM WHERE CARERS AND FAMILIES MAY CONNECT TO SHARE EXPERIENCES AND PROVIDE MUTUAL SUPPORT;D. RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF DEMENTIA AND THE CHALLENGES IT PRESENTS WITH THE AIM OF CREATING DEMENTIA-FRIENDLY COMMUNITIES.

**Activities:** The trustees feel it is a subject which is brushed under the carpet and the elderly are needing to be moreactive and pro-active physical and cognitively. The trustees want give back dignity to the elders theydeserve on the last part of their journey.
