**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ARE TO PROMOTE ANDPROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF MEDICAL STUDENTS BY MEANS OF BUT NOTLIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOPS ASWELL AS THE PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ONLINERESOURCES.

**Activities:** We work in proactive rather than reactive manner to empower, equip and engage medical students with tools and resources to help with their mental health and wellbeing. It is important to us that we continue to increase the awareness of mental health in medical students, share helpful resources and stories through our online campaigns, facilitate wellbeing events and signpost to the right support.
