Happy Tears Foundation promotes the well-being of vulnerable, deprived, and disadvantaged people living in Leeds and West Yorkshire by advancing education, relieving poverty and improving their welfare through community-based activities in collaboration with organisations with similar interests. We also promote African Culture, Sports, Healthy Living, and social, recreational and sporting events.
Objects: 1. To Relieve Or Prevent Poverty Primary In West Yorkshire By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects, And All The Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self-Sufficient.2. To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society.for The Purpose Of This Clause ‘socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Of More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth Or Old Age; Ill Health (physical Or Mental); Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief, Or Creed; Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment;
