From April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, the Foundation prioritised initiatives such as career mentoring for youth from BAME backgrounds, as well as hosting a Spelling Bee competition for BAME youths aged 7- 12. We provided project management training and facilitated professional development sessions for young individuals. |

Para 1.20 | During the period of April 2023 to March 31, 2024, the Foundation successfully continued its mentoring programme by pairing mentees with industry professionals to act as their mentors. This initiative is great in providing professional and career guidance to mentees. The result of the mentoring included work experiences and full-time employment opportunities for some of the mentees. The Foundation remains committed to its mission of empowering young individuals and providing support through mentorship. Our efforts have led to significant achievements, including building the confidence and empowering young people. |
