The objects of the charity are to distribute its surplus income to other registered charitable bodies. The trustees are aware that it was the intention of the donor that the main recipients should be Jewish & Medical charities, principally the former. **Annual Activities:** During the year the charity distributed £10,304 to other registered charities, which falls within the objectives above. ## **The trustees have approved the accounts and trustees report above.** **........................................** MRS F MAYNARD TRUSTEE 20 July 2023 Page 1 ## **Ideas Without Boundaries** ## **Independent Examiners’ Report to the Trustees** ## **Registered Charity Number 298331** We report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 5[th] April 2023, which are set out on pages 3 to 5. ## _Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner_ As the charity’s trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. You consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act)) and that an independent examination is needed. It is our responsibility to: - examine the accounts (under section 145 of the 2011 Charities Act); - to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners (under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Charities Act); and - to state whether particular matters have come to our attention. ## _Basis of independent examiners’ report_ Our examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and the seeking of explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view and report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. ## _Independent examiners’ statement_ In connection with my examination, no matter has come to our attention: - (1) which gives us reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements: - to keep accounting records in accordance with s130 of the 2011 Charities Act; and - to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting requirements of the 2011 Charities Act have not been met; or - (2) to which, in our opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached. .........................................
