The CIO was registered on 26 November 2021. This account is for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. The CIO was formed as an association CIO to take over the operation of the existing charity, Paignton Baptist Church, an excepted charity.
Because of the delay in transferring the pension scheme from the existing charity to the CIO, the trustees decided that a transfer of assets and operation would not occur until it became possible to transfer the pension scheme. Consequently, there have been no financial transactions from registration to 31 December 2023.
