housebound, or unable to drive or easily
access public transport, by the provision of
social events, including transport to and

period. Funds raised, have been used to
support the provision of a free Christmas
lunch for elderly residents of the village,
where they have been able to enjoy
valuable social interaction.
To celebrate the Queens Jubilee, the
charity purchased three Rowan trees and
commemorative plaques, which were
planted at different locations across the
village, for the benefit of the community.
Commemorative pin badges were also
purchased, and distributed to children
attending the summer Jubilee picnic. These
activities were aimed at raising awareness,
educating, and creating memories
associated to the Monarchy, and our
National heritage.
The charity also hosted Easter Egg, and
Scarecrow trails during the reporting
period. These saw many families out and
about in the village over the relevant
periods, promoting the charities aims and
purposes of developing mental and
physical capability through leisure time
