The trustees of the organisation are reswnsible for the preparation of
accounts.. they consider that an audit is not required for this year under
section 144{2) of the Charities Act 2011 and that an Independent
Examination is needed.
11 is my responsibilty to
. examine the accounts (under section 145 of the 2011 Act),
. follow the procedures laid down in the Gen8ral Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of th8 Act), and
• state bthether particular matters have coma to my attention.

given by the Charty Commissioners. An examination indudes a reNrfew

of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the

any unusual items or disclosures in the accwnts. and seeking
explanations from the trustees conceming any suth matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audlL and consequently I do not express an audit OFN'nion
on the accounts.
