The existing unlncorporatsd charlty of
tho Hall was being converted to a CIO.

achievements of the charty,

whole.
The CIO was rnglsterod on 24th
November 2021 and a section 105 ordor
was obtsined by tho Trustees
authorising the transfer of the Hall and
other assets to the CIO. There was dolay
in obtaining tha order as amendments to
the wording of tho order were sought as
advlsed by legal counsel.
