There**<br>**was delay in obtaining the order as**<br>**amendments to the wording of the order**<br>**were sought as advised by legal**<br>**counsel.**<br>**There has been further delay in effecting**<br>**the transfer of the Hall to the CIO owing**<br>**to issues arising during the legal**<br>**process.**<br>**Pending the transfer of the Hall (the**<br>**‘Transition Period”), the CIO is carrying**<br>**out an administrative and management**<br>**role in support of the unincorporated**<br>**charity.**<br>**The Hall has been available for hire**<br>**throughout the period under review but,**<br>**during the COVID-19 restrictions, the**<br>**Hall was available when and on terms**<br>**advised by ACRE.**<br>**A community facility has been made**<br>**available to the village and**<br>**neighbourhood.**|
