ANNUAL REPORT FOR BOSTON BAPTIST TRUST YEAR ENDED 31[ST] MARCH 2024

The Charity continued to meet it objectives for the year. It has made grants of £19800 to Boston Baptist Church to support the ministry of the church. In addition it has continued in a major restoration/refurbishment project ot the church buildings amounting to £122419.

Although fundraising has continues to be a challenge the rental properties have performed well with good occupancy and the investments with NS&I have shown a better return due to higher interest rates. Although it is anticipated this will reduce as reserves used for the restoration/ refurbishment of the buildings will reduce the amount invested.

It is anticipated that the investment in the buildings of the church will be completed in 2024 and that the charity will be exploring the issue of grants to a wider field of applicants in 2025
