especially inspired by the resilience and compassion of our Board/ stafflvolunteers during
the times of need and their focus on helpin8 Others throu8h extraordinary circumstances. A

The year brought many high points and milestones, but also brought thallen8es, the
struggle of fund ralsin8 is a real Sssue that we have to always deal wlth as a Small Charlty,
whlch Is very dlfflcult to comprehend because we have to make the dlfflcult deci51ons to
Ilmlt the numbers of people we provlde ser¥lces to.
As an or8anlsatlon that aims to provlde quallty servlces to the Afrlcan and Carlbbean
communitles In London, we have reached a lot of people in need who would not have been
reached otherwlse. We thank our partners and those that have supported u5 flnancially. We
look forward to the opportunitles that are ahead. Perfomance and those that 8lve up thelr
time to support the worK In whatever capacity, contlnue to remaln our major as5et5,
especlally, the commitment and efftjrts of our volunteers who volunteer their tlme to
support the cause. As a respected lead or8anlsatlon, we are well p051tloned to achleve the
goals that we have set forth wlth the support and contributions from our networks.
