Chair and Vice-chair reviewed the status of accounts which will be submitted by the end of January 2026. A copy of the accounts were available to view. Break down of incoming and outgoings discussed
Incomings £70137.56 Outgoings £64906.70 Income fro m shows 2024
SATS completed 2 main shows in 2024 alongside other smaller fundraising events.
Dying To Entertain You was the May show which was a great success and was profitable by £1404.00. Discussed how PVFC was a great venue and has lots of pot ential for future shows. Beauty & The Beast Panto 2024 was successful and on the whole even though we made a slight loss of £1360.00 this was an improvement on Panto 2023. Ticket sales increased. Forecasting was much more accurate and profit from the confectionery stand increased.
Current Financial Position
Currently SATS have no monthly commitment of bills. There are no concerns relating to finances for 2025 - 2026
