1. Introduction
The K&Q Foundation is a charitable organisation committed the holistic wellbeing of every child. We believe in the fundamental principle that every child matters irrespective of their background or circumstances. Our mission is to ensure that all children have the opportunity to thrive in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment, where they can enjoy their childhood.
Our primary focus is providing essential support through food and clothing assistance while working to build partnerships that strengthen community wellbeing. This report outlines our activities, financial overview, achievements, and future plans for the reporting period.
2. Governance and Structure

The trustees are responsible for the overall governance, strategic direction, and financial management of the Foundation. They ensure that the charity operates in accordance with its objectives and relevant regulatory requirements.

Our Objectives
The K&Q Foundation aims to:

Provide support to vulnerable individuals and families especially Children.

Distribute essential food and clothing items (including)

Encourage community participation and charitable giving.
Activities During the Year
During the reporting period, the Foundation carried out the following activities:
Food and Clothing Hampers

Organised and distributed food hampers to individuals and families in need.

Provided clothing and food hampers to support vulnerable Childrren of the community.
4. Financial Review
Income
The Foundation received a total income of:
Total Income: (£9,064)
Sources of income included:
- Donations received from few individual donors.
Expenditure- (£9064)
Funds were primarily used to:

Purchase food supplies for hamper distribution and general shopping.

Support operational costs associated with delivering charitable activities.

The trustees ensure that all funds received are applied solely towards the charity’s objectives.
5. Achievements and Impact
The Foundation successfully delivered meaningful support to members of the community through the provision of food, some essentials like (toothpaste, cereal etc and clothing assistance). The trustees remain committed to expanding the reach and impact of the Foundation in future years. We were able to also get some donations from Felix Project which is in partnership with the Mayor of London initiatives.
6. Plans for the Coming Year
The K&Q Foundation plans to expand its activities by:

Organising additional fundraising initiatives, including participation in sports challenges.

Increasing the number of food and clothing hamper distributions.

Building partnerships with businesses and organisations willing to support the charity through donations and collaborative initiatives.

Raising awareness of the Foundation’s work within the community.
