**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF ADULTS NATIONALLY (PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN BRIGHTON AND HOVE AND IN SUSSEX) WHO ARE AFFECTED WITH ADHD (ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER), THEIR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND PARTNERS; IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A) PROVIDING PEER ADVICE AND SUPPORT SERVICESB) RAISING AWARENESS BY CAMPAIGNING FOR GREATER RECOGNITION OF THE CHALLENGES FOR ADULTS LIVING WITH ADHD AND ALSO OF THEIR UNIQUE QUALITIESC) DEVELOPING ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION ABOUT DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND SERVICE PROVISION

**Activities:** We support adults impacted by ADHD by providing volunteer-led peer support groups, nationally and in Brighton and Hove. We hold a programme of monthly sessions, both in person and online, for: adults with ADHD; their partners; and for the parents of ADHD school-aged children and young adults. We also provide neurodiversity awareness training for private and public sector organisations.
