ACHIEVEMENT5 AND PERFORMANCE The past year has seen the Charlty remaln flnanc1311y stable and achieve a similar nurnber of rehomlngs to the prevlous year desplte the current challenges wlth animal welfarÈ and the financial clIn￿le. Glven the slze and aim of the charlty, the number of dog5 rehomed15 rTr)re than comparable when compared io slmllar charltles. Whittingham Kennels took in 82 dog5 durin8 the year, up from 79 last year. All do85 taken were glven veterlnary treatmÈnt includin8 being neutered, treated for fleas and worms and a dental checkup. A total of 88 dogs were rehomed during the year, up from 87 last year, followin8 a revlew of all new adopters including homecheck5. Three events are held at the keDne15 each year, Easter and Chr15tmas fundra15ers as well as a September Walk which were all very well 5UPPOrted agaln thls year. Publicity 15 achieved throu8h leaflet5 and educatlonal m3terlal for both new adopiors and for promotlng the kennels.
