Elected members of the committee shall be elected at the AGM and serve

The object of All Saints CE Primary School and Nursery PTFA is to
advan the educatjon of pupils of the school in particular by:

The past fijndraising year. August 2021 to July 2022, has been a real
success for All Saints Primary School and Nursery PTFA. In the past 12
months, coming out of lockdown restrictions and kcing many challenges
due to the pandemic, we have recruited a small (x)re team arKI been well
supported by th8 sch1 and wder f£Mnmunity.
Our grand total for the year is £30,439 (this includes £12790 in grants
towards the playground redevelopment project) This is an incredible sum
of money to be raised and this is a huge tribute to the hard work the
PTFA have, and CelInUe to do. The breakdown is detailèd in our
financial end of year acojunt report.

We would like to think that everyone involved feels very proud of what we
have achieved this past year. Whilst events are well organised we cannot
underesbmate how muth time and commitsnent is given by the active
members of the PTFA in the delivery and administration of each event.
Looking bad( and rMIering this is a voluntary organisation with all of
the committee balancing their work and families whilst gNing what they
can this year has been an in(xedible achievement.

All Saints CE Primary Sthool and Nursery FfFA have proved to have
eXlIent support from parents. govemors. teachers, local eouncillors and
businesses within our communty. Our support of fund-raising events
throughout the year is vY much appr8aated by the committee.

We were thrilled to be able to provKle the schwl over £40C(I towards
school trips and eXper]er) for every year group includin9 nursery.
This year marked our first ty ar¥J writing grant bids for the large
playground redevelopment project. At the end of this financial year, we
had acc#Jmulated £12.7) in grant fvnding. This was a huge success for
a newly fom)ed chartty and fully volunteer led group.
Thanks musl be given to all the volunteers Ihroughout the year who
conlribute to the aclivities of the PTFA in the quest to rae much needed
funds.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/07/2022.
**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the **basis of report** preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. **Independent** I have completed my examination.
