**Activities:** The object of the CIO is the advancing of arts and culture for public benefit to the residents of  the Borough of Wokingham in particular but not exclusively by the creation of projects that  support: (a) the enhancement of cultural identity and place-making (b) the advancement of  opportunities for all people within arts and culture and (c) the promotion of access to arts and  culture.
