There were no expenses, project costs, fundraising costs, or overheads incurred in 2024. The full balance remains available for future charitable activities. ## **Reserves Policy:** All funds at year end are held as unrestricted reserves and will be used to support the charity's objectives when activities resume. ## **Plans for Future Periods:** The trustees continue to assess opportunities for charitable work aligned with the organisation's mission and intend to resume activities when appropriate. ## **Structure, Governance and Management:** THREE SISTERS FOUNDATION is a registered charity governed by its [type of governing document, e.g. constitution].
