**Activities:** "Love From Lucy" is a charity based in Hampshire, helping patients that have had a solid organ transplant up to the age of 21 years old, who are being treated in UK hospitals and develop Post Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorder (PTLD) which is a rare cancer patients can develop at any stage after their transplant.
