**Objects:** TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION IN THE AREA OF SOUTHERN ENGLAND FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY THE PROVISION OF ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ?SOCIALLY EXCLUDED? **Activities:** Just Friends helps to combat the effects of loneliness in those who live alone, including carers. Just Friends organises social meetings, walking groups and a lunch each month in each branch. In addition members can enjoy events including Tea Parties with Entertainment, Steam Train outings, Wine Tasting excursions, Theatre Visits, Specific Lunches including Halloween, Christmas etc and more.
