## **Objectives and Activities:** 

PunchBag Art Gallery Charity is a contemporary, BAME-led independent gallery based in the London Borough of Redbridge. We are committed to showcasing the work of both established and emerging artists, and to creating opportunities for artistic appreciation across diverse communities. As the only gallery of its kind in the borough run entirely by volunteers, we aim to collaborate with local authorities, schools, colleges, universities, and businesses. The gallery runs creative workshops in fine art, photography, performance art, crafts, and more—supporting artists in developing and exhibiting their work. 

## **Public Benefit:** 

The Trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty under section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission. Our exhibitions, workshops, and community projects are open to the public and designed to be inclusive, accessible, and enriching. 

## **Financial Review:** 

The charity did not receive any income or donations in the financial year ending 6 April 2025. Despite this, operating expenses were incurred to maintain essential activities and infrastructure. The gallery remains committed to identifying funding opportunities and partnerships to support future sustainability.
