The PA Foundation aims to develop and inspire people, particularly those facing disadvantage, to be the innovators and leaders of tomorrow, applying their ingenuity to solve the world's biggest challenges.
Objects: 4.1 The Charity's Objects Are Restricted Specifically To The Advancement Of Education For The Public Benefit Through The Encouragement And Support, Financially Or Otherwise, Of Innovation And Learning, In Particular For Those Who Are In Need As A Result Of Financial Or Any Other Disadvantage, By:(a) The Promotion, Improvement And Development Of Leadership And Management Skills; And(b) The Provision, Encouragement And Promotion Of Education And The Skills Needed In Employment, Instruction Or Training In Professions, Vocations, Industries, Crafts, Or Trades.4.2 Nothing In The Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
