Annual Report 2024
FOREWORD
The year began on a very promising note in pursuit of the much-needed improvement, and highly anticipated projects which the organisation had long envisioned the year prior. At the level of Cameroon, The RHFC (Reg no:1196569) defied all odds for a young NGO, by extending
its outreach and social network across international borders, securing strategic partnerships here and there with other non-profit organizations from countries like Croatia, Pakistan and Nigeria.
These partnerships were defined by intense collaboration which rode along digital, entrepreneurship and Philanthropy lines— bringing about long-term impacts in youths particularly, through the acquisition of skills, material and financial support for start-
ups and SMEs. This was evident in the Innovation and Digital Education Hub (IDH) project which centered on mentoring young entrepreneurs from Nigeria and Cameroon along with launching a funding campaign to raise necessary funds required for their businesses.
These efforts did not however go unnoticed as Trustee Chair—Charlene Kwemo eventually received a 'Certificate of Appreciation' from the Queen's Commonwealth Trust, in recognition of her life-changing exploits towards shaping the career paths of youths in Cameroon and around the world. Just like the saying

“you never know is watching ”, so was the case of our learning center which received a donation to help finance logistic costs for the supply of office space equipments. The donation is a product of the fundraising applications which the Trustees have submitted in the past and still aiming to do.
The RHFC indirectly empowered the employment sector through staff recruitments in early June, to fill in Communication & IT Technician positions. Their efforts have been directly instrumental towards our vision, as we remain more poised than ever to reach out to communities especially vulnerable ones, as time goes ahead..
All in all, The RHFC is relieved to say with all humility that it proudly prioritised younger ones and the underprivileged/vulnerable ones in the course of its commitments.
