Governing Document: The charity is governed by its constitution. 

**Recruitment and Appointment of Trustees:** Trustees are appointed by the existing board of trustees. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

Objectives: The objectives of the charity are to provide support and resources to medical students on missions to improve healthcare services. 

Activities: After closing the charity in Bulgaria and setting up the charity in England, the Trustees, all being medical doctors, took some time to get settled in the U.K, assimilate into working in the NHS, and network with fellow doctors, GP surgeries, and other healthcare professionals. The aim was to determine how best to launch MSOM in the UK. The plan for the rest of 2024 is to continue networking and laying foundations, with a proper launch planned for 2025.
