To advance the Orthodox Christian faith for the benefit of the public by providing and maintaining a place of worship and in such other ways as the trustees see appropriate.

The charity sent the following open letters:

August 21 and 29, 2024: Re-sending of the open letter dated December 6, 2023 from the Parish of St. Edward the Martyr and St. Paraskevi of Rome to Patriarch John X and members of the Holy Synod. The Open Letter dated December 6, 2023 requested His Beatitude’s position on: the withdrawal from the World Council of Churches (WCC), condemnation of the so-called Synod of Crete, annulment and condemnation of the so-called “Chambesy Agreements” (1989 and 1990) and the 1991 Synodal decision for intercommunion with the Monophysites, the adoption of anathemas that condemn all heresies and the reception of every heretic who comes into the Orthodox Church with Holy Orthodox Baptism.

Section D - Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
16 attendees participated in the first edition of the Course “ Liturgy in the first Christian Centuries ” and 12 attendees in the second edition. The course is available to watch for free on youtube.
A catechumen was baptised in May 2024.
Section E - Financial Review
Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
The charity has neither received enough donations nor any unmet outgoings during this reporting period to warrant the need for a cash reserve.
The charity’s approved budget for financial year 2024-2025:
Proposed expenditure is £158 to cover charity insurance, website domain costs and postage costs.
The charity’s principal sources of funds for this financial period:
The source of funds were: trustee donations to the total of £189 and £17 refunded overpayments from Zurich charity insurance.
The charity’s principal expenditures for this financial period:
The charity spent a total of £163 from which: £87 was for Zurich charity insurance, £49 on postage costs, £21 for website domain costs and £7 for miscellaneous bank costs. The miscellaneous bank costs incurred in this financial year was unforeseen but this was fully covered by donations received this financial year.

The charity had £43 funds remaining in the bank account.
